ERP implementation life cycle is the process of deploying enterprise resource planning software. In any Acumatica Implementation process, we make sure to be prepared for these eight stages of ERP implementation. As an experienced Acumatica consultant, we can say that an ERP implementation can take anywhere from a few months to several years, with the majority ranging from six-to-12 months from kick-off.

Software Selection

During the software selection phase, your Acumatica consultant will go through a checklist to determine which features and/or edition(s) of Acumatica are needed, the type of license, any integrated modules needed, and if any custom programming or integration is needed to support the Acumatica software.

System Design

In order to get the most out of your Acumatica ERP system, it is important that your Acumatica software system is designed and set up properly from the start. As your experienced Acumatica partner, we will be conducting a thorough needs analysis to generate a detailed Acumatica system design that meets all of your organizations needs.

Software Setup and Internal Controls

During the initial setup stage, our experienced Acumatica experts will set up your Acumatica system based on the implementation plan we developed for you. This consists of setting up a customized Chart of Accounts, Lists, Preferences, Forms, Payroll, Taxes, Templates, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and more.

Reporting and Automation

Once our team of Acumatica consultants have set up your Acumatica Software system, we take it further by automating a series of data-entry tasks and generating reports. Throughout the Acumatica Implementation, we can show you how to generate reports and set-up automation, so that you get the most out of your Acumatica ERP system.

Training and Knowledge Transfer

As your Acumatica Implementer, we want to make sure your staff can easily navigate and master the new Acumatica software. All training can be done remotely via secure web-based meeting, which makes scheduling more convenient and cost-effective.
